ABOUT OUR HORSE RACE TIPPING
If it’s Tuesday or Friday and you’re looking for horse racing tips for tomorrow, know that Wednesday and Saturday are the biggest days for horse racing in Australia. We actually spend Tuesday and Friday evenings reviewing the races and form metrics so we can release our early mail the following day.
As a subscriber you will typically see our early mail tips around 11am on either of these days. Where you cannot bet a few minutes before the jump on each race, you are able to put the tips on and go about your business. We can certainly appreciate that our subscribers have other things to do than sitting in front of a screen watching races all day.
Our mail will display both cash tips that are eligible for promotion insurance and what we call bonus bet tips. These are tips that are longer odds however, ones where we see both form and betting indicators that are positive for a bet. These tips are typically $7 or higher.
Where you can, we recommend you place your tips a minute or two before the jump or race start. The reality is that the most money goes on a horse race in the last 5 minutes before the jump and bookmakers generally offer better value odds as it gets closer to the start of the race. Now of course it doesn’t always work in our favour, but generally this is the case. At Bonus Bashers we record the price in our early mail, then we use some well recognised software to record the odds 2 minutes out from the jump.
We do this to maintain the integrity of our Profit on Turnover (POT) as accurately as possible.
